This gem was purchased in Italy. Size tag is 42 (6 US) this is NOT a 6. Will fits best a 2 or 4. If you have well developed arms it will NOT fit you. Areas that need attention: above left pocket need professional stitching (3 or 4) replacement of the metal hook for the front closure. One broken stitch in the front inside for the Mongolian fur. Small stain (not grease) on left arm. You really have to look for it to see it. Inside lining is faux fur. Embroidered leather with Mongolian trimming.
