@chhall2009 Hi ☺️ Ok so I measured the bust @ 13" it's fitted in this area. The lower part is flowy and measures out @ 30" across. I would say this would fit a typical M or L. For reference I'm a 34/b typically a M in everything (pretty much) I can easily wear it because the top part is tight, with a really comfortable stretch. And it's just so dang cute! ❤️
