@katibop Hi Katie. I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with your order. This is the first time in over 3 years I’ve had a customer express unhappiness w/ item cleanliness or unpleasant packaging odors. The top was dry cleaned then hung up w/ other listed items. The top is a pearly shade aside from the print, which does have a grayish hue. If that isn’t what you were referring to, I’d appreciate any other info you can provide.

You also mentioned odors? I usually package items in brand new reusable shopping bags. Could you tell me more about the issue with the packaging? I would like to try to understand what went wrong. Hopefully with more info, I’ll be able to identify the issue & try to make it right, but also avoid this happening again. Thanks so much.

@alaskanstyle Oh sure. I had expected the shirt to be white with a pattern, so perhaps I misinterpreted the "grayish hue" as an aged/dingy look (you know, like when a white shirt was washed with jeans or something). The whole package really smelled musty, though. The reusable tote was cute but we had to toss all of the packaging and take the trash out right away. My partner thought it smelled moldy, but I think it was just musty. (Perhaps it's too damp where they're being stored?).
