I list new items almost every day, I share my listings every day to the parties or just randomly through the day. I share other people's items a lot to, which most in turn will share back. I try to stay involved with other posters. I'm on the Fb group Poshmark Users Group.

I try to get through all of my notifications every day to follow & share back. I feel guilty on the days I don't get through them!! Like this weekend but I was just SO busy photographing & listing!! Besides going through your own things a lot of people do thrift shops, garage sales, consignments, find the deals where you can on really good stuff and resell! Figure out the brands that sell for you! I'm still working on that part! My two best brands are VS and Betsey Johnson!

nancytyra Your daughter is the one who blocked me, because I told her, Chico's has wonderful sales. I just ordered a jacket that was over $100, for $19. I shop all their sales. I was not rude to her, but it is so frustrating, seeing things from Chico's priced so high. One girl has a skirt priced very high, while at the same time, Chico's is selling it for $29.99. Checking the price before posting, would help. Thank you for responding on behalf of your daughter.

hollyc777 @nancytyra I don't know anything about her blocking u, however, if something from Chico's is priced high here, it could be because they paid full price before it was on sale or many people shop sales then post stuff here in order to make money. Posh is great but it's also a business for many of us. I can't sell things for 5$ and pay my bills. Megan sells 95% of her things very cheap & will have a few higher priced items thrown in.

If it's a brand I don't know, i do look it up to see what their retail is on things, so I know how to price something. I've taken a couple hits on things that I bought specifically for Posh, thinking they would sell, and ended up losing money too. I'm sorry she got offended. She's a struggling college student getting ready to graduate. The girl has so much on her plate, i don't know how she does it.

mynahshine I would love nothing more than to go on a spree in your closet! However I'm on a self imposed buying freeze. I've had way too much fun at the local Chanel boutiques lately! One is health, I never know day to day, how I’ll feel, secondly, my husband is on nights right now & I hate to leave Fred (our Basset pup) home that long alone. Are you going to go either way? hollyc777 @southerngal0724 I know for sure that you can cancel her order, I’m not sure if she can, but then you will have to relist the items that she wants. It’s kind of a pain but 🤷🏼‍♀️! I would just make one listing for her with the items that she wants after you cancel the other order. I hope that helps!

Tonite there is a comment under the Sold Disney bag to the Posher who bought it from another Posher who was regretful that my buyer did not buy her J Crew bag. I messaged her to complain about her rudeness to use my Closet to comment to a Posher who did not buy from her. Then I reported it as offensive to PM. Have you ever had this happen?

If she wanted to reach out to the buyer, she should’ve done it on her listing or the buyers listing. Sounds like she understands that now! Makes you wonder what people are thinking!! Share Closet 3 times/day, join Instagram, use square pictures in listings, and list new items daily. There was a panel on three diff Poshers. Two have warehouse space and use models. I never want to be that big! Thanks for advice about the rude seller. Have been sharing & did not see PM removed her comment. Hope you are feeling better! Patti

Like to my older items get seen as much as my newer stuff if I’m doing edit, next, list to share?? I’ve always used the square mode on my phone to take pics! My daughter taught me that on day 1! Huge difference when editing!! I’m trying to add listings every day! Did 3 this morning! Need to take more pics today, have a busy day tho!

I just have to much on my plate financially this year. I’ve always done a huge Christmas so this is weird. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m working on going through my own stuff to list too! Haven’t sourced lately.

hollyc777 @notjustklothes no, they want you to use it, if it applies. The “boutique” option of NWT is to be used if you purchased something wholesale & it’s not being sold in retail stores. Some people use it other times but that’s what it is supposed to be! I had one other thing I think will help you too & that is to be more descriptive in title. Use words people search, like the brand name & say if it’s jeans, use keywords like bootcut, straight leg, skinny, etc

The only thing I can tell you is my own perspective as a buyer...I like a lot of things too, some are things that I would love to buy, if I had the money. I’ll like them in order to watch the price, see if maybe an offer comes along that’s just to good to pass up & I can afford. Sometimes I like things because I think their layout is awesome & I want to remember it for ideas.

K, but I did find keychains, charms, coasters, figurines & many small gift items but not always @ gift prices bc like the keychain is made of pewter, etc. If you had a way for me to forward pics b4 I buy??? I have also learned an encyclopedia full of info from other poshers & from trial & error! I’ve actually thought about writing a guide! When I send you your sweater, I will enclose my business card, which has my phone number & email on it. It would be easier to answer your questions that way! 😃😃

If you want to go into bundle feature & leave me your email, I can forward the email to you, if you would like. I know when they want the item returned, they send a return label too. Did they ask you if you wanted it returned? I thought they usually asked seller, but maybe they don’t, if everyone keeps their funds, I can’t remember.

heidz_closet @hollyc777 I’m actively promoting it right now to clear out inventory, I would say I’m going to give it 2 weeks and be done. My husband is upset with all the stuff laying around, and we don’t have the space for me to try to “organize” it into bins. The whole point was to get rid of stuff, but it went from my closet to a box on the floor...that doesn’t work for him. What I don’t sell in the next couple of weeks will either go back into my closet, to donation or to ThredUP
