lilrhody3 Hello, I would suggest if you have one like the Marciano and it is getting snagged check where the stones are if thee are backings to them they need to be bent down the Marciano does not get snagged it has nothing that actually grabs at the material the decor is very well appliquéd. It's a gorgeous piece on! & yes she's a beauty the pearls being the type and quality are worth quite a bit, (not freshwater) it is in excellent condition I have many in temptation of it.. lilrhody3 Yes I wish I would have seen it! Be careful they are using shell and freshwater and old clasps taken from the high value salt waters and putting them on crap! They are keeping the salt pearls most do not know alit about pearls a Pearl is a Pearl to them! I had a lady who had freshwater set I liked it so she Sen. That and stated gotcha..? I was like got ha what? These must be worth something she took them down and sure enough in two weeks back up! LMAO! She wanted two items had me mark one down

lilrhody3 All those sets are not of high value. There is much to consider age type shelling grade what type.. I never enhance my photos it's as I take them. I can tell you if someone says natural it's very rare most are in museums that are of the best salt quality it's almost extinct to obtain that way cultured is forced maintain beds vary in type of oyster clam etc. as for gold silver gems it varies hallmarked is always more valuable but not hallmarked China or otherwise

lilrhody3 Also sometimes you pay for a name fine or average not all are top quality blue lagoon is nice but just because it's mikimoto does not mean it's as valuable as his finer top quality that you would pay a mint for. You can get a nice strand just paying more for the brand name add that to a fine top quality it's I reachable for most. But there are strands worth more without even a brand name I have a strand from the 20's look at those those are top quality priced low the clasp Also plays a part! 🇮🇹

lilrhody3 Awesome! Is the clasp a basic clasp it is it real gems in a shaped clasp or a Pearl atop? Look for hallmarkings great have them checked make sure they are salt, could be fresh by color description, it's graduating? Those were made In fresh & salt not many could afford salt back then either so they were mostly fresh or faux with paste clasps. Sounds great even if fresh I'd love to see them! ❤️🇮🇹 congrats!

lilrhody3 Hi sweety,thanks for all the shares🎀 I have an idea for you the love knot wedges & others you can do this use a Brillo or a plastic spongy soap & warm water get the bottoms wet use the soap or Brillo scrub them rinse if the sides get wet blow dry immediately they dry fast it will make them look newer than they do. It works on wood also! It brightens any bottoms up. 🇮🇹😊😀

My daughter worn a pin ( the evil eye) that she got at her Christening as her something old on her wedding day. She pinned it to her bra. It was from her grandmother that has been deceased. I give my daughter the silk handkerchief with embroidered lace, that my great grandmother my grandmother my mother and myself all.carried, she burst out into tears! Thank God for waterproof mascara! The little things are the largest of memories! I have the family bassinet, it was rotated through 10 siblings,all of our kids! The old fashion wicker with 5 ftof lace,just gorgeous very victorian!
