shah2122 @reedkim hi, not the straps are not adjustable.. these don't come in XS. since are not form fitting and are meant to be tight fit. Made of soft stretchy fabric... armpit to armpit=16" , waist=20" across and hips= 25" across. if that helps.Thank you :)
