full instructions ( in a nutshell you warm the trays and mold to your teeth, apply a thin layer of the gel to the tray and press against teeth , utilize LED light for 7 to 9 minutes and rinse with mouthwash!)

Some instructions on how to wear the guards and light at the same time would be helpful! I opened my gel and the whole thing squirted out. Can't figure a way to hold the light and guards. No instructions came.
