Nothing is more of the moment than off the shoulder and this blouse is the perfect combo of feminine and understated sexy. NWT. Material is similar to a dress/work shirt with no stretch. This is for a white one. I think they run true to size, erring on the side of slightly oversized cause of the style. Last pic for styling reference only but very similar style.
