New York and Company Classic Black Pump

I just bought these last weekend, and they don't fit. They are a size 10 but cramp up my toes too much so I can't wear them. They've literally only been tried on. I bought them brand new from the store, and haven't worn them. They are perfect except I just need a bigger size and NY&C only go up to 10 in shoes.
