blissfae @marypope it's made so that the ribbon/strap/thing that toes at the shoulders can be pulled and tied to adjust the tightness of the waist. This can be loosened to be 19 inches in width when laid out flat. The dress falls like a handkerchief so that the sides are longer and the middle is shorter. The length of the shorter middle is around 35 inches while the longest parts fall at roughly 50 inches I believe.
