bellaedge @nikij83 I would go large. You sound like you have the same body type as me, I wear a medium but have 40" hips so large is best for me.

This is meant to be more ankle length instead of floor length but if you are not quite busty or curvy then I would stay with your true size small. I apologize for a late response.
