rockafeller I just saw both your comments and that is so sad it's grown that much. I use to own community residential programs here and the state quit funding and I couldn't stay open but I still see a few people around that are doing really good. It was the most rewarding thing I ever did because I knew in my heart I was doing something to make a difference. God Bless You and all you do! 😘

I started my own nonprofit and didn't want to be affiliated with my church. Didn't want to deter other denominations from getting involved. You can google nonprofits feeding the homeless in your area. Probably be surprised by how many pop up💕💜. Keep me posted😘

We think we're not strong or brave, but he shows us how wrong we are. I have multiple myeloma, it's cancer of the blood and bone marrow. It's not curable. bchchick017 Hi.. I absolutely love that the proceeds go to charity. It makes me feel so much better knowing that the money is going to help someone less fortunate than myself. My other favorite closet gives to disabled veterans. My father was a veteran who died at 59 because of his exposure to agent orange.

Buying a meal is perfect. Another good idea: I keep non perishables in my car like bars, water, crackers n cheese n etc in a gallon ziplock bag. When I see someone I just hand them the bag.

hiskingdom So blessed to run into your closet Ms.Mary . We feed the homeless in the Washington DC area as well and just so blessed to find another heart full of The Father’s love like no other ! I haven’t sold a single item here as I actually prefer to bless others at no charge instead of selling them . However I do buy stuff here as I feel led to purchase something I like . I would have gotten it there quicker but it was $12.00 as it was (I thought it would cost a lot less than that, I haven’t paid for shipping for quite some time 🤪) to get it there by Monday and it would have been close to $20 to have it arrive any sooner.
