Purchased an ABH Dipbrow Pomade in Chocolate and a #12 brush from @3dposher and received it today. Immediately noticed that the brush looked funny, so decided to compare both the Pomade and brush to backups that I already have and confirmed that both are COMPLETELY FAKE. Contacted seller to let her know that I'd be opening a case with poshmark to initiate a return, and she proceeds to tell me that it's real and that she would send poshmark her receipt from Sephora. I went to Ulta immediately after to purchase the real deal and compare. First photo: real on top, fake on bottom. The UPC code on the real box matches the receipt. The UPC code on the fake box is the UPC number for the color "auburn", not for chocolate. Run a quick Google search on the UPC codes & see what comes up.
jeimei
2nd photo: real on top, fake on bottom. Real says "beverly", fake says "beUerly". 3rd photo: real on top, UPC code matches my receipt. Fake on bottom has no UPC code. 4th photo: real on left, fake on right.

Attempted to contact seller again to explain to her why what she sent me is fake, only to realize that she blocked me. Why block me if you have nothing to hide?
jeimei
@3dposher Thanks for blocking me. Was willing to work things out with you & do an easy return. Here's why your anastasia products are fake. Have a great night :)
jeimei
@kdaniel25 Did you end up getting your refund? I seriously don't understand sellers like this... like do they think people are too stupid to figure it out?? If they want to sell fake makeup, then sell fake makeup... at least be honest about it and don't try to rip people off. Most people actually work hard for their money and it's sad when pathetic aholes try to take advantage.
jeimei
@kdaniel25 That really sucks!! I'm hoping my photos provide sufficient evidence that she sent me fake junk... I mean, the UPC code doesn't even match... how much more proof do you need? Hopefully PM support will also see that more than one complaint has been brought against the same seller for the same reason.
lgolivardia
@jeimei ..hi there.. This same seller took a photo from a listing I had a while back...it was a photo I took from inside my house. I called her out on it and she removed it. I just wonder what she would of done if someone would of purchased it. There were several other sellers photos she had taken also. So sad☹️.
jeimei
@lgolivardia I thought it was pretty suspicious that she only has grainy stock photos of all the dipbrow she's selling, but decided to give her the benefit of the doubt, especially since she's told everyone who's asked that it's authentic. Now I know why... she doesn't post photos of the actual products because it's all fake!!! Good thing you caught her & called her out on her bs!
lgolivardia
@jeimei ...yes..and good thing you are a good investigator🙂. When I caught my listing on her page ( she had shared items and I was sharing back) I saw my listing on her page. She was selling a ton of that 3D lashes and contact lenses. I hope everything works out for you. You have good proof 👍🏻
alphababe
Who is the seller so people can block her.
jeimei
@alphababe Hi! It's @ 3dposher ... I included the info in the description above.
jeimei
@esmevi
jashilyn
thank you for sharing and sorry to hear that. I got scammed on eBay with a different person with the chocolate pomade also.
jashilyn
if you have ♏️ercari block her also. I saw her selling the same with stock pictures and if she takes pictures its at an angle where you can't tell. she has the same name there also.
jeimei
@jazzade27
emmcbreen
@3dposher stop scamming people. we work hard for our money. you lie to get yours. go somewhere else
jazzade27
I figured something was fishy with her items. Thanks so much! Sorry this happened to you :( Maybe enough reporting will get her off of here!
raqkorch
@jeimei - Coming from an outside source I think you go all out of your way to bag on this girl to see you have sold the same product on your page with the same UPC and you stated the product is real. Kind of fishy myself.
jeimei
@jashilyn Thank you for the info! I tried looking through there to find her, but couldnt.... but holy hell, there are SO many fake ABH Dipbrows on there, its amazing.
jashilyn
@jeimei yeah it's crazy that they're allowed to sell there. hang on I'll post her page on poshmark and tag you.
jeimei
@jazzade27 You're welcome! It looks like she's scammed quite a bit of money from people peddling this cheap ass ebay bought crap. She claims she bought this at sephora. Sephora sells the dipbrow & brushes for $18 EACH. She's selling them for half that price. So either sephora sold these to her for dirt cheap (because why would anyone pay full price & turn around & sell for less) or they're fake. I'm gonna go with the latter since sephora literally never has sales where something is 90% off.

just add the ♏️ercari in front
raqkorch
@jeimei - So explain you selling the same stuff
raqkorch
Claiming its real? I mean i see it right on your page with the same upc you are claiming this girl sold you.
jeimei
@raqkorch What the fk are you talking about? The listing I sold back in may has the UPC code 689304051071 and it's clear as day in my photo. That is the UPC for chocolate. What I got sent by this girl has the UPC code for auburn. Please read my posting before making more dumb comments.
raqkorch
Right, okay hun. You have a SOLD listing selling the same stuff. Think you need to worry about yourself because it looks like you dupp'd people out yourself... Coming from an outside source. LOL
raqkorch
https://poshmark.com/listing/Anastasia-Dipbrow-Chocolate-12-Brush-5738fdfb6802784e9f07384a ---- Looks the same to me
jeimei
@raqkorch You must be dumb. Read again. And then again. Until you understand. It's pretty clear that what I sold is real BECAUSE THE UPC CODE MATCHES WHAT I SOLD. DO YOU GET IT NOW?
raqkorch
I'm just saying hun, you don't have to get all huffy and puffy. The UPC in what you sold and the listing in which you are tearing up this girl are the same UPC's in all the pictures. Pretty much the same to me hun. Just saying. I came across this post just putting in my two sense
jeimei
@raqkorch Read my posting again and then get it through your dumb head that the REAL anastasia dipbrow chocolate has the UPC code 689304051071 and the FAKE one has the UPC 689304051064. YOU CAN SEE CLEAR AS DAY THAT THE DIPBROW I SOLD HAS THE UPC CODE FOR THE REAL DIPBROW. UNDERSTAND????? btw, you're probably "rachel" on an alternative account. Coming from an outside source.
raqkorch
Like i said I I saw this pop up and I am putting in my two sense, the why you are acting is ridiculous. I'm not whoever you are saying I am but I have to say its pretty funny on how you are acting now treating me like this using the words "Dumb head and verbally abusing people" but karma sucks and it looks like you got what you deserve. Have a great day.
jeimei
@raqkorch Yeah, you have a great day too, Rachel. I'm going to go ahead and leave this listing up until I get my money back from poshmark. I'll also actively make sure that each and every person that shows even the slightest interest in your fake ebay crap knows what a lying SCAMMER you are. You must think that people are as stupid as you are... but, no.

Thank you so much for tagging me in this! I only actually just got my products yesterday, and I didn't really notice anything funny with the pomades, but as soon as I got the brush, I got a funny feeling that what I got wasn't what was posted on her listing. I'll be sure to open a claim with poshmark to get a return on my purchase :)
astral_archer
I would also like to point out that the bristles of the original ABH #12 Duo Brow Brush start in a black colour close to the handle, and the tips are white. On the fake brushes, the bristles are of a cream colour with speckled brown spots towards the tip. I don't know if all the fakes are like this, but it's what tipped me off with the brush I received. That and the fact that he handle feels very cheep.
jeimei
@3dposher Just got approved for my return. I'll be sending back your knockoff crap tomorrow. Maybe you should try being a little more honest about what you're selling. Have some integrity and realize that you're ripping people off. You should do the right thing and return all the money you stole from other poshers and delete all your current dipbrow listings.
jeimei
@astral_archer You're welcome! I got approved for a refund, so hopefully you will too. It looks like poshmark removed all her listings, so it's good to know she won't be able to scam anyone else! When I opened the Pomade she sent me, the lid was almost completely off and the Pomade itself was cracked. Also the UPC label was on crooked. I know there's no way anastasia products are that sloppy, so that's what kinda tipped me off.
astral_archer
I noticed the crack and the lid too! The lid thing really bothered me. Thanks so much once again for looking out for the posh community :)

Hmm...Rachel and Raquel...original huh LOL. I really wish PM would crack down on so many obvious fakes. NO ONE would sell multiple units of brand new makeup items for cheap - it just makes no sense, unless of course it's fake or stolen. I tell people now do NOT buy any makeup on Posh unless it's obvious it was a personal purchase...sucks that ppl have no morals.
jeimei
@beesknees17 Always tell myself this - if it's too good to be true, it probably is! My cheapness got the better of me this time! I was willing to let it go if she let me make a return - told her I'd open a case with PM to start the return & her exact words were "go ahead, I'll show them a receipt from sephora & say it's real" WTF? No way in hell this chick is getting away with my money! Really... who makes an account to defend themselves when it's obvious that they're a scammer...
beesknees17
@jeimei I'm glad you posted this, more people need to do this. I just reported an item that was an obvious fake, Too Faced Chocolate palettes for half of retail and she had already sold 4! People were even asking her if it was authentic and she said yes...SMDH...I hope Posh shuts her down too - I see @3dposhers account is empty now thank goodness, but she'll probably just start another one :( Good thing you were able to get your money back 👍
jeimei
@kdaniel25 I got approved for my return today. Poshmark also took down all of her listings. If it's worth it to you, maybe you can try to reach out to PM customer support again to see if they can reevaluate your case. Also, if it's possible, try to pay for your PM purchases with PyPl or a credit card (not with a PM balance), that way you can always open up a case with PyPl or your CC company if you get denied by PM.
emmcbreen
she deleted all of her listings lol
jeimei
@emmcbreen Hahahaahahah YES! I think Poshmark shut all her listings down.
emmcbreen
thank god. maybe now she can find a job instead of being a thieving liar 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
summerkathleen
omg guys thank you for letting me know!!! this is bullshit, i'm so mad I bought something from her :(
jeimei
@3dposher Your stuff was delivered to your PO box today. Please accept so I can get my money back from poshmark. Thanks.
its_kari_style
I makes me skeptical buying makeup on here. So sorry this happen will share to have her removed.
rakestrawtay
trade for one? item(s) in my closet ❤
cutiepie_ash
Is there any way of seeing if the ABH dipbrow pomades are real on this app?
happyendingsyo
@cutiepie_ash she has to be removed bc I just tried to look her up, sadly she can just make a new one... smh
phojar
@jeimei beUerly — I’m dying laughing at this
phojar
Do you have a guide for how to tell the real brow freeze?
jeimei
@phojar Hi there! No, I’m sorry, I don’t have a guide for the brow freeze. I really only made this guide because I was so pissed about receiving something fake and then the seller claiming it was real - this was about 8 years ago now. I’m surprised people still read this guide! 😂
jeimei
@phojar I will say though, what I’ve found with fake items is that there’s always little subtle giveaways - like the U instead of the V in Beverly. There’s also just a general lack in quality - like crooked labels. I believe there was a part 2 to this guide that had a few more giveaways as to why this was fake.
