voguevending @joyfullee good morning! The dress is brand new with tags. I bought it at Lord and Taylor for my daughter but it didn't work for what she needed. It has never been worn and has no flaws. I won't be able to check the care instructions until I get home from work tonight but I will post the instructions tonight.

voguevending @joyfullee hi! Picture #3 is the back of the dress. Picture #4 is the bottom of the dress. In my opinion, it would be hard to shorten the dress.
