This cute, sleeveless, Kelly green bubble dress features a faux wrap style fitted bust & band of fabric cinching below & creating an empire waistline & flattering silhouette. The 32" long dress falls freely below the bust, hitting above the knee in a flattering bubble skirt. The bust measures 33.5" around, completely not stretched/ flat- material is meant to stretch & can accommodate a larger bust. spaghetti straps are not adjustable. Preloved, the dress is in excellent condition!

forever_chic @hanlaw1 no, unfortunately the straps are not adjustable. It would be easy to have the straps fitted to you and mended to the right length but they are not adjustable as is. Sorry! Thx for your interest! 🎀
