shizzam @monachka I just read the email, if seems they don't like the fact that I agreed to ship the item myself and not use their label. I dislike the fact that MER doesn't have signature confirmation on purchases over $500. I want to protect myself to ensure it doesn't get lost in transit or stolen. If you're comfortable with sending it via P..a.y..p..a-l, we could do that as well. Let me know what you think

monachka Unfortunately I have to wait until their business hours to prove to them that this isn't a fraudulent transaction. The site says my account is frozen until they verify (the issue isn't the payment, it's the site itself trying to protect me). I'll sort it out first thing tomorrow and let you know!
