@lhaag721 Hi Lynda! It doesn't! Which was a bummer for me too...I was hoping it was going to fit me, I wear about the same depending on the cut, and this was too narrow for me! The Large in this is definitely for a 12-14, not larger. :(:( And no plus sizes.

This is an supposed to be an loosely fit dress, so I would say, based on measurement charts, it would be considered a size 4/6. I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
