@yummygummybears the panel that folds is 14 & 1/2 across and the seam below that is 15 &1/2 across. So, it is material that conforms to your body unless it is way off your measurements. Hope this helps!! I guess that is why I put every measurement but that one...due to the fold over panel being a tad smaller than what the actual waist is. It is also all about how you want to fold it and where you choose to place it on your waist. I know that sounds crazy. 😂
