fashionhead01 @maneeeeeey hi there! Yes it's so gorg and comfy! Ok so waist measures approx 27inches and to goes out more the lower it goes so by the hips I believe it's about 33inches

fashionhead01 @maneeeeeey hi hun, sorry I don't understand what you're asking lol... I gave you the measurements of the waist and hips going around. It's a size small, if you normally fit a small, it should fit perfect. Possibly could even fit up to medium, depending, its isn't stretchy but you can pull the skirt up higher or lower around your midsection to adjust accordingly. I just added another picture above of me wearing mine, I'm a size small wearing a size small. Hope this helps.
