New without tags retail romper. It has cute little Pom poms on the shorts part. The straps are adjustable and hook at the back. It also zips up in the back. It is very lightweight thin material perfect for summer! From the top of the strap to the bottom of the romper is about 31" long but can be made longer or shorter by adjusting the straps. 100% Cotton.

rebel_rose_co @crysvinson I'm glad you like it! 🙂 I hope I am able to explain this correctly. It is only about an inch because it's very loose and flowy so the shorts part wouldn't fit like regular shorts. They start down lower and are loose so they can pretty much fit any size leg. I hope that makes sense! The last picture kind of shows what I mean 🙂
