DONATED GONE 7/14/17 Asymmetrical Fringe Skirt

Black polyester asymmetrical skirt, fringe design around entire skirt (front and back are identical). This skirt was very hard to photograph and capture it's unique qualities. This is from Dillard's, and is fairly old, possibly vintage.
