100% cotton black and white dress very soft! Ribbon detailing at waist, zipper and pockets (pockets are sewn shut from factory much like expensive suit jackets however the pocket is there on the inside of dress so it can be opened). Worn once absolutely adorable! 32" top to bottom when laid flat
