@windward9730 - they are on these little corners, so when the purse is snapped, the coating has worn away. I'm traveling today, but I'll add a photo of the purse snapped shut.

@windward9730 - I posted additional photos of the wear at the "corners" of the Garden Party. I think it's a common occurs can when its kept snapped closed. I currently have a Navy Garden Party - and recently sold an Amazonia version. However, I tend to carry my life around in my purse so I don't normally carry them with the sides snapped. I bought this one pre-owned and it came this way. Because of this wear, I am open to reasonable offers on price.
