@njoyeverymoment The dress was fixed for my height but it can be undone. That's why it looks like a bubble dress underneath but it can fit the height of someone hats much taller than me.

I might be interested in summer, and with hem let out. The problem with buying it hemmed is that it may have line of dirt smudges that brushed against ground, or the material may pucker/have marks where it was sewn. Letting out hems sometimes doesn't work out. If you're interested in letting out to assess possible problems, maybe we can chat down the road.
