sincerelyposhp @toots0816 you can send it back to us and we can attempt to repair it for you, but since we cannot verify how it broke we cannot repair/replace it for you for free, which is what we typically do when a customer purchases directly through us and not through poshmark. toots0816 That's disappointing. My daughter literally wore it Christmas night to dinner-30 minutes after she unwrapped it. Customer service should be customer service no matter which venue the item was purchased. I was so impressed with the beauty of the item and was now a bit taken back...I realize I didn't spend a fortune on the item but would hope in the spirit of customer service I wouldn't have to repurchase. Thanks for the quick response.
