@boricuamarisa I bought the Medium, since I'm a Medium. I found that the Small would cling to my butt haha. But it sounds to me that you would be a Small in this. It's a roomy dress. Medium measures 20"bust, waist 31"front length and 36"back length. It's loose fit.
