modamecouture @jkat11 The measurements in the listing are per manufactor. The calf area is approx but of course where calves begin or end differs with every woman. So I measured with the boot where my calf would be in the boot. At the bottom of my calf the measurement is approx 12.5", where my calf ends is approx 14" in circumference.
