ady67 @lindsieb 10 _ 12, keep in mind also that they stretch with time, so you might think a medium. Like all streatchable pants, you always go a size smaller to keep them tight. ;)

ady67 @adking and when that happens to you, what I do with mine is that I turn them wash them, and freezer, the same way you do with very expensive jeans, that I learned from a Taylor from Saks. ;)

ady67 @adking to you! Remember the freezer tecnique, that I explained to you, it works! They shrink the trheads with out shrinking the warment for real. :)

ady67 @mrsleti medium, youbalways want to make sure you get a size smaller in this material so they look very fit, they are high waisted so they have a lot of control all over hips and tummy and legs, large is more for 10 or 12 size
