therustique @pmdanforth hi there! I think this top is super pretty! I measured the armpit to armpit on both med and lg: the med was approx 18". The lg was approx 20". The sleeve is quite short and measures approx 6" across on the large, more like 5.5" across on the medium. I hope this helps!
