tdsmith0529 @marceekay thank you!! I can check for the waist measurement in a little bit. I’m 5’5 and 115 pounds, both extra small and small fit me. There is a tie at each hip so you can cinch the skirt to tailor the fit. You can wear it at mid waist or high waist 😊
