emalee_creates Lol, sorry didn't see my spelling error! My question is would they stretch and form around my foot? I work retail so I'm on my feet for hours and don't want constricting shoes

social_rush @emalee_creates ohh yes they definitely stretch and like I said, you can adjust the straps (that go over the foot) to allow it to stretch side to side if you want. I have also noticed that after wearing mine a few times, they have started to be more flexible and form to the shape of my foot.

social_rush @la_princesa1968 either would work, I have wide feet and went up a size, but just depends on you and what you normally wear. If you choose a 7, you can always tighten them a bit to fit better but it's harder to make a smaller shoe feel bigger.
