sarajjj @iliuina Dear customer, circumference is approximately 15" and it can stretch more or can be adjusted from the back lace in case you have slim legs. The material is very stretchy. The heel is only 2" block type so it's very comfy. The length from heel to top is 25" . Over the knee boot.💕
