@erhut Erica, yay for having Posh $ to deposit! I know some people prefer to have the mailed check so that poshmark doesn't have your back account info but others much prefer the ease of direct deposit. I suppose mailed check is "safest" in terms of not giving your info out but you run the risk of losing the check, etc. Totally up to you - I honestly think either is fine. I hope that helps!

@reba4alwsys Hi Reba! Honestly, it just takes practice and good lighting :-) You can buy a light kit from amazon for relatively little and that can help a lot. For flat lays I use foam poster board from the dollar store as my background. I've been doing this for almost a year now and would be glad to answer any other questions you might have! I do not find these to be narrow - my foot is also average width and I agree that some Lucky Brand boots can run narrow (especially in the toe box) but I didn't feel like these do. A few tips I'd share: Make sure you're using SEO to your advantage with key words not only in the title and first 10 worlds of your listing, but also the last 10 words. I've been slacking on that myself a bit but I think it helps. Keep taking great clear photos.

When listing, set the initial price at the recommended MSRP (or estimate) and the immediately reduced it to the listing price you want (to allow for offers) so that it shows up in the "just listed" and "just reduced" categories. Share your closet regularly and make offers (posherVA is a great service). hope this helps! 😊

Hi Jocelyn,
As everyone else has been saying your closet looks just amazing, I have to agree! Your pictures are so well done! Can you give any advice on how you have everything looking so nice, clean and professional. Are you using any special equipment? How are you able to have such a clear white setting for like your shoes? Also, how are you able to source so many of your items with people wearing the clothes?
I'd appreciate any suggestions you may have for me!

@allytx72972 Hi Ally. Thanks for your note. I use poster board from the dollar store as my flat lay and shoe background and mostly natural light but do have an umbrella light that I add when needed. The stock photos I find by searching the internet. I hope that helps 😊 Good luck!

Good morning,
Thank you for the offer on beautiful mint green Patricia Nash purse. I have that same purse, and it has gotten worn. I was possibly looking for a new looking updated one. As Patricia Nash does not continue making one style. She moves always trying to be creative. I noticed in a couple of your pictures it was a brighter green on one side of the purse. Is that accurate?
