fashionsontrend @bbeautifulbtq .. ok it's just a tad under 20" flat across underarm to underarm .. so if your 43" then it probably won't work. Sorry. But if you see any other ones you like, please ask and I'll get you any measurement you would like. The Lauren size chart says a med (8-10) but I find depending the item , the sizes varies. So I stopped using the size chart,

fashionsontrend @kshermer ok, they are correct, flat across underarm to underarm is 18', there is a lining, and darted at the bust. the waist is also approx. 18", all on the XS size. Let me know if you need any more info.. Tara
