hawtesoles @breanna18 GM! What size would you need? I can mean sure the resting top opening for that size. It will depend how slender thighs are since the top opening is around 18inches and it has room to stretch even more. Very slender thighs, these may be too big.

hawtesoles @emordeno GM! Yes, a few brands offer sizes in 9.5. This particular brand does have a good amount of stretch around the calf and thigh circumference. I'd recommend measuring those areas if you have a slender/small legs. As for the shoe fit, they're true to size and works well with socks.
