@lowery30 Hi Scherrie. The medium would fit a US 6/8. This particular jacket is absolutely beautiful, but runs a tad bit small, so I always tell customers to buy up a size. I have one Medium and one Small available. Can ship tomorrow. Let me know if you have any more questions.
