forestcraft @plumxmc Technically this is approximately 14 inches laid flat, but with the snap button on it measures 13.5 inches. So that'll be a perfect fit for you.

forestcraft @plumxmc It's soft lace with some stretch so it will mold to your neck. Let's just say its for neck size 13.5 to 14 inches :)
