viscosity @monicawei hi the main difference is in the bust area, it is 18" across laying flat which is 2" wider than the medium. It is a cozy stretchy material 😊👍🏽

viscosity @monicawei yes the medium would fit you well ☺️👌🏽 I do have large left so if you receive it and wish to size up I can also exchange it for you. But the Large would be a baggier fit if that's what you're after. I'm modeling the small and am usually an XS/S or 0-2
