jerseyginger @fanzy_pantz OH THANK YOU SO MUCH! I only just found out about this trend and I'm so crazy about it! I just put "trash the dress" into google and the most amazing shots came up. I'm sentimental so I doubt I could have done that to my dress, but a "stand in"? Hell yeah!

michmarez From one seller to another, is it hard to sell a used wedding dress? I have one but not sure it's worth all the trouble. Of getting it cleaned and then wait for the the perfect sized woman to find you. Seems like such a long shot. What are your thoughts. Thanks so much!

jerseyginger @michmarez Hi! I have only just started selling dresses and most of mine are NWT so I am hardly an expert but it's worth a try! As far as cleaning, most you can actually clean yourself. Is it polyester or silk?

jerseyginger @michmarez If it is poly you can turn it inside out, put it inside a closed duvet cover (use safety pins to make sure it stays closed) and wash it in one of those large commercial washing machines. Then hang to dry. There are little tricks to avoid the huge cost from the dry cleaner.

poshlash 😥 damn it... I love this idea, but there is NO ONE in the state I live in who is either an eligible bachelor, or "believes in marriage" which is just ass-code for "I don't want to commit to having sex with one person until I get divorced". One guy even told me that he was going to cheat on me eventually (wtf?!) and that I needed to be ok with that...?! Double WTF?!
