NOTE: I added a photo showing the pattern on the dress not even on one sleeve. It is not damaged, it is the way I purchased it. Used twice. Will fit a s/xs. Material does have some stretch to it. Measures 30.5 inches from top to bottom. 71% polyester 24% rayon and 5% elastane.
