I did online search and people all have different opinions. Most people say it runs big and to go down a size. I can't confirm anything as they may fit differently on you. Hope that helps a little.

passionhouse @kev898 Hello, I wear a size 7 in Nike Free run and 6 in these and they are snug. I believe an 8 would be a good fit for you. You can search sizing for shoreline on google to get a better idea. Hope that helps.
