Beautiful Boho Retro what appears to be Turquoise, Mother of Pearl, Jet and Coral Ring and sterling. Approx 1.5". This is a vintage piece from the late 60's earlier 70's. It's bumpy on top. Not sure of the silver quality, price reflects. NOTE: THIS PIECE IS OVER 40 years old and has natural aging. Comes with natural patina.
