Are these the cheeky type of shorts? Or are they not as short as they look? And does the fraying keep going up or is it stitched?

@jess_bruce They're not cheeky on me and I'm 5'8". The fraying is intentional; that's how I bought them. I haven't had issues with the fraying riding up since I wash these cold on the hand wash cycle and then hang dry.
