bellanblue @kikibent I am a true 7.5 and just tried on size 7 for sizing. No I can't get my foot into 7. so these definitely are true to size. I've sold many of these and all of my customers report the same. I recommend sticking to your regular sneaker size.

bellanblue @kennweeds hi yes you can tighten the show laces. and you can definitely use for walking/running. I only have 1 left in each size listed. I'm currently having a buy 3, get 1 free sale also.
