jassyjewls @jmaho201 I located the 16 and the bust is about 18” I have the size 14 just have to take it out of the box. The dresses do run small.

jmaho201 @jassyjewls aww bummer, I think the chest is going to be too small. I’ll remeasure tonight when I get home just to make sure. Hate how fancy dresses have their own sizing 🤦🏻‍♀️ One other question. Is the bottom crinkly or does it just need to be steamed? Thanks again!
