tracy390 @draginfli hello Angela. Sorry for the delay. Medium is approximately 27 1/2” & Large is approximately 29 1/2”. They are very loose fitting. I have one that I wear with a tank underneath & I’ve received many compliments. My daughter in-law also has one that she loves. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
