danglina @ne_vee I would go with your usual size. The top portion is super stretchy. I am usually a small with a 40c-32d cup size and the small fit me great. It still gives me complete coverage. The medium fits me too but was a little loose in the under arm area but still a great like perfect fit. Some woman like that little bit of loose fit in the underarm area.
