katzkoz @charlotte48 It actually is determined by Ur waist size in the above chart. They're very comfortable to wear under pants, skirts and dresses. Breathable but hold Ur stomach in with little effort. Just check Ur size in pants (like a Size 4/6 May have z 27" waist. So, compare the chart to Ur size.
