pink_ladybug Ok, if you tap on the little icon on the bottom right corner of your page on the app (it will be a small square with a small head inside and your closet name underneath)....click then, then click the "my purchases" tab. You should the listing for the Jeans---and under it you should see a "problem/order inquiry" tab. In there, you can choose your reason for canceling. Let me know if you have trouble. @flgirl4life
