$59 Blue eyelet knee length dress

Deep but not quite navy blue eyelet stretchy material dress. Lined everywhere except sleeves. Slight ruffle at end of sleeves. Very flattering. Skims the body. Slight pleating details at neckline. Excuse my dressing form - where it stops at the bottom it looks like a strange line across the dress. Good condition.
